Sébastien Haller to swap Borussia Dortmund for a Mexican team?

With the pending arrival of Serhou Guirassy, we can expect at least one forward to leave Borussia Dortmund this summer. According to Bild, that could be Sébastien Haller, who has interest from Mexican side FC Juárez.

The Ivorian, who played just 524 minutes (three goals and one assist) across all competitions for Dortmund last season, either missed a large chunk of football due to an ankle injury, or fell behind Niclas Füllkrug in the pecking order.

And according to Bild, FC Juárez are ready to offer Haller a €10m salary, similar to what the 30-year-old is earning now. Not only that, Haller is also open to a move abroad, but only if the sporting and financial conditions are right.

With Stuttgart’s Guirassy now expected to join Borussia Dortmund, Haller is likely to receive even fewer minutes on the pitch next season, as he will also find himself behind Youssoufa Moukoko.
