Serhou Guirassy is set to return to the Borussia Dortmund starting line-up after an infection sidelined the Guinean forward for their win against Freiburg at the weekend.
The 28-year-old is Dortmund’s top scorer this season with nine goals and four assists in 13 games across all competitions, which includes three in four Champions League games this season. Maximilian Beier, who deputised for Guirassy as Dortmund’s No. 9, scored against Freiburg on Saturday, but will play a different role against Dinamo Zagreb.
Emre Can, who also missed Saturday’s game against Freiburg due to suspension, is also an option for Nuri Şahin should he wish to change formation from a 4-1-4-1 to a 4-2-3-1. Dortmund’s captain is still serving a suspension in the Bundesliga but is an option tonight.
The only noticeable absentees for Şahin Niklas Süle and Karim Adeyemi.
